At TrainingSpot, we want you to be completely satisfied with our platform. This Refund Policy explains your rights and options regarding refunds for your subscription.

Summary: All plans include a 14-day free trial. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid billing cycle, you may request a full refund.

Free Trial

All TrainingSpot subscription plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged anything during the trial period. If you decide not to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

Satisfaction Guarantee — 7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with TrainingSpot after your free trial ends and your first payment has been processed, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. To request a refund, contact us at support@trainingspot.net with your account email and reason for the refund.

Refunds under this policy are limited to your first payment only and are not available for subsequent billing cycles.

Recurring Subscription Payments

After the 7-day satisfaction window, all subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription:

  • You will retain full access to TrainingSpot until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside of the standard policy at our discretion in the following situations:

Billing error: A billing error caused you to be charged an incorrect amount.
Charge after cancellation: You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription.
Extended outage: A significant technical issue on our end prevented you from using the platform for an extended period.

Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the price difference will be prorated and charged immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for downgrades within an active billing period.

  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for.
  • The reason for your refund request.
