By creating an account or using TrainingSpot in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to these Terms. If you are using TrainingSpot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

TrainingSpot is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed for fitness trainers and personal coaches to manage their business operations, including client management, appointment scheduling, workout planning, progress tracking, and nutrition planning. Access to the platform is provided through a monthly subscription.

TrainingSpot offers the following subscription plans:

All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.

To use TrainingSpot, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use TrainingSpot to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than managing legitimate fitness and coaching services.

We take your privacy seriously. By using TrainingSpot, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all client data you upload to the platform. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

All content, features, and functionality of the TrainingSpot platform — including but not limited to software, design, logos, and text — are the exclusive property of TrainingSpot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainingSpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

TrainingSpot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, third parties, or the service itself.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
